Wine is the best expression of the place it comes from, but it is not self-made, it's made by people.


On Thursday, October 29, 8PM, at Concerto restaurant of Grand Continental Hotel, 56 Calea Victoriei, Bucharest, we are pleased to invite you to a unique event. A meeting with four successful oenologists in Romania and their wines.

The evening will be about people, talent, passion and the soul. These are the ingredients that oenologists put into each wine they create.
We called them Musketeers for one night because the four are fully committed to the cause of wine. These oenologists coming from other realms have succeeded not only to ensure the continuity of tradition in Romania, but also to modernize the current wine world.
Just like in the novel by Dumas, the musketeers are:

Porthos – Ghislain Moritz – Avincis
Aramis – Laurent Pfeffer  - Corcova / Catleya
d’Artagnan – Marco Feltrin – Petro Vaselo

Young, energetic, visionary, they felt the potential of indigenous varieties and of Romanian terroir, and they imposed, through their creations, a different direction for the Romanian wine world. You'll learn a little bit or more about each one.

- Roast Beef with parmesan
- Beetroot Ravioli with goat cheese and black truffles
- Eggplant rolls with baked peppers and Provence herbs
- Chicken rolls porcini sauce
- Crab salad with avocado

- Duck breast / wild mushrooms with gravy sauce and figs
- Mini beef Tournedos / roasted potatoes with rosemary / chocolate sauce

- Homemade biscuits flavored with cinnamon and ginger
The atmosphere will be complemented by a sophisticated menu, paired with wines, prepared by the five-star Grand Hotel Continental cuisine, with live music by Monica Odagiu and Vlad Nikolici.
